I loved travelling to #China or #Canada or around #Europe or #Africa or #Dubai but one thing i was really worried about...long #flights or just flying ! yes i was really not comfortable with the idea of taking a plane and i really thought that it will be the case all my life until i start to deal with it and learned things and some tips on how to make my flight part of the things i enjoy while travelling.
These are some tips i use, to have the best flight time ever anywhere i go and for any flight and any company :
1-Turbulence isn’t dangerous:
Yes! to make it easy to understand it's almost impossible for the plan to crach because of turbulence , what ?! seriously ? after knowing that, i was the happiest person on earth and it really helped me deal with my fear of flying.
2-Choose the best place to sit:
Personally, i often prefer to sit near the wing and on the two seat place on the hallway side, and i choose this place for two reasons. First , you will deal with only one person sitting next to you :) better than been in the middle of two, the second reason i like this place is that i can move when i went without disturbing anybody.
Also, it's fare from the toilet smell and i can take good window pictures :)
3- Three important things you should have:
A good travel pillow, earplugs, and sleep mask and you can have the best sleep of your life making you passe a huge time of your flight dreaming about your lover or food or been rich XD
4-Never watch the time !
Yes ! whenever i have a long flight i always avoid to watch the remaining time to destination. I prefer focusing on my present moment and try to imagine my self in my room resting after a hard working day watching Netflix but with great services.
I start doing that on my 15 hours flight to China and it worked !
5-Use your own headphones :
Imagine been on a 8 hours flight and you see your favorite movie or music and guess what ? the headphones given by the fly attendant are so bad that it hurts you, well after this happened to me , i decided to always bring my own headphones.
6-Drink, drink, drink a lot of water
An airplane is very dry, so you can suffer from dehydration wish is very bad for your health and well been , so it’s vital to drink
plenty of water.
For me, i drink around 4 cups of water per hour.
7-Move
You need to move each hour at least one time! To keep the blood flowing and feel great , it's important to go to the rest room or just walk around inside the plane ( not outside XD ).
